Thank you for choosing Silent Seal. We are committed to your satisfaction and to ensuring you have a positive experience with our product. Please review our refund policy guidelines below:
Conditions for Refund:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our mouth tape. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, if the return request is made after the specified timeframe, we will not be able to process the return/refund.

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All products must have been purchased directly from Silent Seal.

A proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions:
Due to the personal care nature of our mouth tape, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
Processing Refunds:
To initiate the process, please email contact@silentsealtape.com within the 30 day time period. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide more information and guide you during the process. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 6-9 days. Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@silentsealtape.com
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at contact@silentsealtape.com. To facilitate the process, include photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item and your order number in your communication. Upon verifying, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case of a refund, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
